Gail Marra Clinical Hypnotherapy has a duty of care to you, other patients, staff and the community. You are required to sign the below declaration prior to every session. This helps limit anyone at risk or with symptoms attending the clinic.

COVID-19 Declaration

• In the last 7 days I have NOT experienced flu like symptoms including fever, a high temperature (more than 37.8’C) or a new persistent cough - (this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours. If you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual.)
• I do NOT suffer from a sore throat, hoarseness, shortness of breath or wheezing. I do NOT suffer with a runny / blocked nose or sneezing.
• I have NOT been identified as high or moderate risk in the COVID-19 setting, or advised to shield.
• I do NOT live with or take care of people identified as moderate or high risk.
• I have not come into contact with anyone presenting the above symptoms or suspected of having COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

Requirements of your Visit

1. Based on the latest government guidelines, we recommend that you wear your own face covering. If you are unable to bring your own, you will be provided with one when you arrive at the clinic which you will be required to wear for your appointment.
2. You may only bring another person if you are under 18.
3. For added protection, when you enter the building you are required to sanitise your hands, using the hand sanitizer or soap provided.
4. Your therapist will abide by social distancing measures at all times.
5. We encourage you to use bathroom facilities before entering the clinic, as all areas that have been contacted will need to be disinfected.
6. We ask that you do not place personal items on any clinic surface; we ask that you either do not bring them into the clinic with you or do not take them out of your pockets.
7. Payment for your session may be paid via BACS, paypal or over the phone. We are unable to accept cash payments at this time. All receipts will be emailed directly after payment.
8. Gail Marra Hypnotherapy operates with strict hygiene protocols and has taken every precaution to limit your risk of exposure to Coronavirus. Despite these precautions, there is an inherent risk of human-to-human transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
